We will dispatch parcels in working hours, Italian time from Tuesday to Friday. A delay should be considered for bank holidays and for our deserved seasonal holidays, generally in August .

We will committ preparing the order in the next few days after the order, you will receive an email when the order is ready to leave and the tracking number of the parcel.

A delay of the delivery doesn't give right to refund.

In case of non-delivery due to the carrier, we commits to resend the whole or a part of the order according to this Policy.

The buyer must check the condition of the parcel and of all the products at the delivery and before accepting the parcel from the carrier. If the parcel is damaged, please check the condition of the items. If the items are damaged, do not accept the parcel.

If the buyer sign the delivery note, the inspection of the items is considered done.
